​What happens when there is inclement weather?
Woodworkers, Woodturners, & Scrollers – Decisions on a case by case basis depending upon the roads and forecast. Most decisions by 3pm on the day of the meeting.
Carvers — Again, decisions on a case by case basis depending upon the roads and forecast.
ALL — The website will be updated as soon as decisions are made.  News outlets will also be notified.  You may contact your leadership using the numbers in the newsletter if you have questions.
The Woodworkers meet on the first Wednesday of the month, starting at 6:30pm
​The ​​Woodturners meet  on the second Tuesday of the month, starting at 6:30pm
The Scrollers meet in February, April, June, September, and October on the third Wednesday of the month, starting at 6:30pm
The Location of the Meetings?
The Community Room at Station 1 of the Belgium Cold Springs Fire District. 
​The address is 7920 River Rd, Baldwinsville.
Park Responsibly.  Do not block entrances to the parking lots.  Do not park in front of the apparatus bays.  Do not park in the area reserved for responding firefighters.
The club also holds a Saturday morning workshop, generally the week after the turning meeting, at the Corporation's workshop location.  During the warmer months, all members are invited to attend the workshop.  In the cold months, we limit the activity to turning in the heated shop space.  Directions to the workshop location, east of Baldwinsville near the new YMCA, are available at all monthly meetings or by request via an email to [email protected].  
The meeting days for each Special Interest Group are subject to change due to unforeseen situations.  Any odd dates are always well-advertised to the membership via the website, newsletter, or via emails.
The Carvers meet on the third Thursday of the month.  Meetings start at 5:30 pm with the presentation set for 6:30pm.

The Carver also hold a weekly carving session during the day that allow attendees to learn.  Directions to the location of the  morning gatherings can be obtained at the monthly meeting.
