The Scrollers are a less formal group that meets only five times a year to discuss techniques specific to the scrolling community. Special topics may be presented at the meetings. Sometimes, the attendees are encouraged to try the technique presented with a display of their results at the next meeting. The group meets in February, April, June, September, and November. Photos of projects shown at meetings can be seen in our Gallery pages! The Scrollers have a new Pegas scroll saw for demonstrations and workshops.

The Woodworkers is a cross-genre group, in that it doesn't matter what you create, you are welcome to bring it to meetings. Demonstrations range from very specialized areas to cross-disciplinary topics. Over the years, the group has looked at a variety of finishing techniques, the vast array of joinery techniques, bending wood using a variety of techniques, constructing workbenches, dust collection issues and methodology, the plight of the American Chestnut, jigs for easier woodworking, timber framing, and many other topics.
Each meeting includes a Show & Tell session where members are encouraged to showcase their latest projects. Photos from these sessions can be found in our Gallery pages. After a break, the evening presentation starts. More information and their schedule can be found here. |
